電機工程師：要求工科電機或機電類本科畢業,英語4級,有1年以上在電機制造行業的開發、工藝工作經驗。主要職責如下：

1、負責新產品設計和開發的組織與實施。

2、負責產品技術要求方面與顧客的溝通，準確全面了解客戶對產品的要求。

3、負責建立、完善設計開發的管理程序，規范設計過程，完善設計輸出文件。

4、負責產品的設計更改的實施與控制。

5、完善各崗位操作的操作規程、對現場各崗位的作業進行指導。

6、負責產品圖紙、技術資料的管理、確保資料規范、齊全、準確，便于查找。

7、負責顧客提供的技術資料（包括樣機）的管理。

8、負責新產品樣機制作。

9、協助供應商開發科開發新零件和新供應商。

10、負責產品新零件性能、新更換廠商新產品零部件的測試、確認。

1、Organization and conduction of new products design and development.

2、Technical requirement communication with customers and get know of customer requirement with products as well as possible.

3、Establish, regulate and perfect design action and output document management.

4、Control and execution of design changes.

5、Perfect operation regulations and give guidance to operations.

6、Management of drawings, technical documents and ensure their accuracy for sorting.

7、Management of customer supplied technical datas (including samples).

8、New product sample manufacturing.

9、Assist OBU to develop new accessories and suppliers.

10、Testing and confirmation of new accessories, suppliers and parts.
